The Value of Actual “Hands-on” Time

Say goodbye to massage appointments that find you rushing to get on the massage table and skipping conversation to ensure that you receive your full session time with actual “hands-on” work. A 60-minute massage should mean 60 minutes of massage. To help provide this while keeping on schedule, we’ve set aside time before and after your timed session for Melissa to answer any questions that you might have, understand your goals, craft your session, listen to your feedback, and discuss a future treatment plan, if desired. It is her core belief that every client should feel safe and heard concerning their session and should be equipped with a basic understanding of what to expect before the session begins.

Zen Out (Swedish)

Slip away for 6o minutes into a calm state of relaxation. Swedish massage is a popular classic, composed of techniques designed to deliver smooth, gliding strokes, in a continuous flow. Zen Out is a great way to honor the mind + body + spirit connection, as it aims to calm the nervous system and encourage the body to enter a parasympathetic state

Custom Therapeutic Massage

A custom-tailored massage that allows the therapist to integrate multiple modalities and techniques to address a client’s specific session goals. Techniques used may include aspects of Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Facilitated Stretching, Heated Thermotherapy, Aromatherapy, and other modalities.

Fees

$115 for 60 Minute

$145 for 90 Minute

***Please arrive at least ten minutes early to your appointment to allow time to discuss your session goals and answer any questions that you might have. This helps the therapist provide a more client-centered experience, including full actual “hands-on” time. It’s also a great excuse to have a cup of tea!
